820th (Vietnam Vets) Reunion 2012

I have been planning a 820th Red Horse reunion (Vietnam Vets) for August 5-8 2012 located in Bethlehem PA 18015. The event takes place during an event called “Musikfest” a 10 day free music fest billed as the largest in the nation, running more than 26 years. It encompasses about 8 city blocks with 7 band stages. There is one paid venue where top 40 groups perform. There is a varied group of musicians playing Rock, Country, Jazz, Blues, Folk, Latin, Celtic; Polka just to name a few, plus other attractions.

Information can be had at http://www.artsquest.org and http://www.musikfest.org.
I’m still working out details on accommodations. Two places in mind are the new Sands Casino and resort in south Bethlehem, and the Hotel Bethlehem. Everything is within walking distance. Any parties interested can contact me at jakametz@hotmail.com or 610-704-5318.

Thinking about working on a “memory lane”, much different than our normal products for Vietnam vets, before i can even talk about it i’d like to know if it’s even possible. Need to know about how many attendees (vets) will be at the reunion in July? I would enjoy talkint to you about our idea…
